Fr. Frankline Rayappa Named Council 500 Chaplain
Council 500 is pleased to welcome Fr. Frankline Rayappa, C.PP.S., Pastor of St. Joseph, Emmanuel, and Holy Trinity, as our new Council Chaplain. We look forward to working with Fr. Frankline as we continue our service to our parishes and the Dayton community.
We also thank Fr. Seraphine Lesiriam, C.PP.S., for his service to Council 500 as Chaplain.
